AgeWell Awards 2024 Finalists revealed

The AgeWell Awards are one of the highlights of the year.   It’s a wonderful way to celebrate those colleagues who inspire us and go above and beyond to deliver outstanding levels of care and service enabling older people to live and age well.

This year, 270 nominations were received, which is an outstanding result.  The calibre of the nominees was exceptionally high, with many nominees receiving multiple nominations from colleagues across the business.  Everyone who received a nomination is to be congratulated and they should feel justifiably proud of the recognition.  A list of all those staff who received nominations will be posted on the UA intranet shortly.

There is no doubt that shortlisting 270 nominees to just 22 finalists was an extremely difficult task for the Selection Panel lead by CEO Andrew Kinnersly.  However, decisions had to be made!
