Digital projects update

There are many projects underway that will create changed ways of working in the future to more efficiently deliver improved customer outcomes.

For “business as usual” IT queries or concerns:

PageUp launched

We are thrilled that on 29 May 2024 PageUp went live for recruitment and onboarding.

PageUp going live is completion of Phase 1 of the Human Resource Management (HRM) Systems Uplift project.  The Recruitment team is now managing recruitment and onboarding requests and undertaking the next phase of testing within the live PageUp environment.

This new online platform offers an enhanced recruitment experience and significant benefits to the management of the recruitment process.

The Organisation Chart Remediation Project

This project helps to close off process gaps that can lead to organisational structure data quality issues in a number of our systems including PayGlobal, HumanForce (TimeTarget), BYB and Equifax.

While the new org chart has begun operation as one of the foundation stones of the PageUp project, there is significant testing and adjusting underway.

In future, using Power BI, you will be able to view and interact with the new org chart as a dashboard.

A new Intranet

Development of the new Uniting AgeWell intranet has commenced. The underlying infrastructure is in place and establishment of core functionality is underway.

An extensive audit of existing intranet sites and content has been conducted.

Managers have also been invited to share their perspectives on the information they consider important to share and to have access to.  If you would like to share your insight on what you would find valuable and interesting, please email Darren on the email below.

New Uniting AgeWell Website www.unitingagewell.org

The new website is being designed to meet the changing needs of our ageing population including preparation for transition to new Government funding arrangements (Support at Home) while creating an improved user experience now and into the future.

After extensive consultation across the organisation the first phase of this project is nearing completion.  We anticipate the Build Phase of the project to commence in July.

Project Horizon

The Contact Centre will support our customers by providing a consistent and accessible service during business hours.  The team will resolve what they can at the first contact and utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to refer customers to other teams when required.  The CRM system will give everyone a clearer picture of our customers, the services they use and history of contacts across various channels so we can know our customers better and use this information to build better relationships with them.  The CRM will also allow us to identify prospective opportunities for marketing campaigns and initiatives to expand our client base.

The project team are working with subject matter experts from across the organisation to develop and finalise our requirements (what we need the CRM system to cater for) so we can then build this into the CRM system. Sessions have been conducted across Home Care, CHSP, Independent Living and Residential Aged Care teams so far.  Our plan is to launch the contact centre and the first phase of the CRM project in August.
