Citrix has been the gateway to the many digital applications you use daily at Uniting AgeWell.  

Many staff have experienced accessibility issues and outages with Citrix.  

As Uniting AgeWell’s Citrix licence is coming to an end, we’re excited to introduce My UA Gateway, a reliable platform designed to give you seamless access to all your essential tools.

In the coming weeks, you’ll start using My UA Gateway, your new entry point to everything you need.

During the third week of September, all Uniting AgeWell staff will transition to accessing applications through My UA Gateway instead of Citrix.

To help you prepare, we’ll send you an email during the second week of September, featuring a preview of:

• The new My UA Gateway icon that will appear on your desktop; and

• A preview of the new desktop environment, so you’ll know what to expect.
