When reflecting on your current wellbeing, consider the following factors:
Moods and emotions: How am I feeling? How would I describe my mood?
Physical health: Am I eating and sleeping well? How are my energy levels?
Pressures & commitments: Do I have a balance of work/home commitment? Do I feel ok with the pressure I am under?
Attitudes and outlook: AM I able to focus on the current moment? Do I have positive outlook?
Social connection and relationships: Am I staying connected to family, friends and colleagues?
