As we continue to offer professional development to team members across Uniting AgeWell, there are training programs scheduled for this month.  The training is targeted at clinical and non-clinical staff with a focus on leadership.

Frontline Leadership Program

On Thursday 18 July Learning and Development welcomed twenty-five Program and Operations Managers for Day 1 of the Front Line Leaders Program with Emma McQueen. There was a lot of meaningful and thought-provoking discussion, and we look forward to welcoming the Program Managers to the next phase of their program.

Page Up training for all Hiring Managers

With the implementation of the new recruitment system Page Up, Daniel Knox, recruitment Manager and Tina Smith from the Digital Projects team, have arranged virtual workshops for Hiring Managers to attend.

Two sessions held on 16th and 17th July 2024, were attended by forty five managers who were able to witness the new Page Up environment and learn job posting, candidate management and the hiring process.
