My Employee Hub - training for everyone!

My Employee Hub brings all your Uniting AgeWell employment information together in one place.

Training

  • All employees will have the opportunity to attend training on the new My Employee Hub.  You will receive an email inviting you to the training sessions which will be accessed via BYB.  Also, you will be provided with a video showcasing the features of My Employee Hub ahead of the training sessions.

  • For managers there will also be specific training offered that will include all the features of terminations and variations, team leave management and oversight (including manager reports) through My Employee Hub.  You will be able to self-enrol via BYB soon.

What is My Employee Hub?

My Employee Hub is a new application for all employees. 

From Monday, 23 September, using My Employee Hub you will be able to:

  • Access payslips;

  • Look up leave balances; and

  • Update your personal details, including banking details.

This exciting feature will replace the current manual process for updating your personal information and other payroll requests that were previously emailed to the People and Culture or the Payroll teams.

All staff will be sent an email with the link to My Employee Hub, with instructions on how to log in and set your password. 

Additional features will become available

In subsequent weeks, additional features will be made available to some groups of staff via My Employee Hub including:

  • Management of leave requests

  • Logging of allowances (Kilometres only)

  • Navigation of contract variations and terminations

Managing leave requests

Salaried staff – you will be able to use My Employee Hub
Salaried staff will be able to submit and manage leave requests online! 
No more forms!

Rostered staff – no change
You will continue to access your roster and submit Leave Requests in the same way:

  • Residential staff will continue to use My Roster RACS (TimeTarget/HumanForce). 

  • Home Care staff will continue to use My Roster HCC (Procura).

Logging of allowances (kilometres)

Salaried staff will be able to lodge their claim for reimbursement for kilometres travelled by using My Employee Hub.

This feature will not be available to rostered Home Care staff who will continue to use My Roster HCS (Procura) for this task.

Navigating contract variations

A new contract variations and terminations process will replace the current writable PDF process.  This will make it easier for managers and our corporate teams to manage this process efficiently.
