A new way for salaried staff to apply for leave

By now, most of you will have accessed My Employee Hub.

Starting from Monday 7 October, salaried staff only will be required to apply for leave using My Employee Hub.

After this date, salaried staff will no longer be able to apply for leave using a PDF form to payroll.

If you have already applied for leave submitted to Payroll:

  • You do not need to submit again. These will be transferred over to My Employee Hub before the Monday 7 October.

If you are about to apply for leave:

  • Please wait until Monday 7 October so that you can test out the new leave submission process.

For rostered staff there will be no change to leave applications.

Rostered Staff – no change

You will continue to access your roster and submit Leave Requests in the same way:

  • Residential staff will continue to use My Roster RACS (TimeTarget/HumanForce).  

  • Home Care staff will continue to use My Roster HCC (Procura).

Training

  • Training will be available to staff (salaried employees only) for submitting leave applications via My Employee Hub.  A follow up communication will be sent over the coming days.
