Vident makes it easier to place orders and also offers enhanced management and reporting features.
The Director of Marketing and Communications, Natalie Dillon, says the transition has gone smoothly, with orders placed on the first day after an orientation session with 78 users.
A very exciting new feature will be the launch of the refreshed template for Family Updates. The Marketing and Communications team will provide training on how to use these new templates for relevant users later this month.
In future, we may expand the template library to include items like invitations and other newsletters.
There are embedded approval processes in the platform so Marketing and Community Relations can review and approve items prepared by users of the templates before they are printed.
If you have any questions about Vident, please email the Marketing and Community Relations team at mcr@unitingagewell.org.
