Important things to note
Time Target and Procura Community users:
We are aware of performance issues with these applications. Our team is exploring solutions to improve performance and reduce delays.
In the interim, TimeTarget and Procura users should continue to use Citrix for Time Target and Procura Community to minimise impact to your daily activities. Advice will be provided in the coming days around transitioning to My UA Gateway.
Using shared devices:
My UA Gateway is specific to each user. Users must log in as themselves to ensure they have access to their own personal files and the correct applications attached to their profile.
When logged into My UA Gateway (on a shared device), when you are finished, you must log off (unsubscribe) from My UA Gateway or the next user could potentially view your activity or access files within your My UA Gateway session (e.g. P: Drive).
To ‘log off’ simply click on the three dotted lines to the right (on the same line as the title ‘My UA Gateway’) and click ‘Unsubscribe’
When you, or the next user logs on, they will be prompted to ‘Subscribe’.
Using personal devices:
If you are using a personal device for work purposes, rather than a dedicated work one, you will need to use the URL for My UA Gateway rather than the Citrix URL. You will need to follow the steps outlined in the FAQ document here.
